Of Melancholic Fashionable Updates

So I have been out for quite some time now, and I do owe you guys an apology. I've been so busy with so many things regarding my personal life that I have almost forgotten about having a fashion blog. 

I've been reading some of my posts from God knows when and I can't help but notice that my views about life and fashion has changed dramatically. I started this blog last 2008 with a heart full of eagerness to write about Alexander McQueen (God bless his soul) and all things that I consider fashionable. 

Back then, my interests zoomed in on anything that is weird looking or anything out of the ordinary. I rejoice for the works of Rei Kawakubo (Commes des Garcons) and Alexander McQueen, as I have always viewed their works as a breath of fresh air to the fashion industry. I have also enjoyed filling in contents of this blog with hot male models that I still continue to cherish to this day (Yes of course, my taste for men is the only thing that hasn't change din the last 5 years) Waddup?

I continue to stalk these hot men enjoyed getting updates from my favorite male models of the fashion industry, namely, Francisco Lachowski, Marlon Teixeira and my forever love, Ash Stymest. Back then English punk models were slamming the runways head on and Brazillian models were slowly making their way to the top.

I was obsessed over two things as well..

Not because I am a fashion monger but because I have always admired at how I conic this woman is. I have always dreamt of working in and for Vogue. I have always imagined how people dressed for the day, how they make the magazine, and how Anna Wintour has always kept her hair, well, tangle-free!

Then these two came out!

Words cannot describe how much I have loved the movie and the documentary! It gave me a glimpse on how the fashion industry worked, how a fashion magazine company runs, and how much money is involved for them to change a shoot just because of a lousy jacket. That's All!

When all the teens my age enjoyed Facebook, Myspace, and all the other social media platforms available at that time, I have enjoyed myself a million hours of 'me' time watching The Devil Wears Prada on DVD and downloading The September Issue online. RIP to the replay button back then, it died.

Also, what fashion blog could be complete without the annual update of the Victoria's Secret Fashion show!

As a representative of the fembot's district, it would be hard not to love the 2007 Victoria's Secret event? Not only were my eyes blinded by Heidi's sudden dropping of that A-mazing (and super heavy) silver snowflake but it was the year that my hope went up because of The Spice Girls reunion. OMG! Someone give me my childhood back please!

So yeah, that's pretty much all the sparkly things that inspired me so much to write about fashion and be a fashion blogger. 

So why the long hiatus?

I got tired. 

Not of blogging but of things that were going on in the fashion industry and all the other fashion blogs I have been following. I found out that not all fashionists are cut out to be fashion bloggers. I've seen a lot of fashion bloggers come and go, some one-hit wonders that were unable to follow up on the 15 minutes of fame that were given to them (I myself included). Some of them became my friends and I literally saw life drain them out of their glittery dispositions. So there, a few years after those observations and I too found myself caught up in the web of reality. 

Gone were the days where all I worry about is writing new articles later to be schedule posted. My blog was born when I was a Senior in high school; which means that I had so much time back then. Now that I have already finished university, I have outgrown my blog already. Consider me now a tax-paying, law-abiding citizen. Waddup?

So there my loves, forgive me for not being able to update you guys always. I may be very busy but that doesn't mean that I have already lost my spark. The fashionista in me still lives on! And this site is about to get a revamp of its own!

I dunno what happened but Ash Stymest gained a lot of weight over the last few months. Does carrying for your baby really make you gain that much weight? Or is this the inevitable sign of unemployment? Is he taking a breaky break or is he retiring for good like he said he said he would.

He either needs to gain weight and buff up or lose weight like he used to weigh before. Oh Ash, what has the world become to? I'd still marry you in a heartbeat though. Ha.

Ash Stymest is currently represented by Soul Artist Management.

Do you think Ash's sudden weight gain will affect his career? Do you still love him like a love song? scratch that.

Don't get me wrong, I still love ash regardless of the situation he chose to put himself into. I can't quite put my finger in it. Okay that just sounded strange. Ha. I thought that his marriage would be the end of his modeling career. I can be wrong. I still find myself falling in love with Ash Stymest over again despite the fact that he is already married and he has a child. God, no wonder the sudden rise of infidel people are blowing like pancakes on crack noh?. Shall we?

Anyway, I don't care if it took me forever to post this. I still am going to post this. Ha.

Don't the both of them look absolutely adorable? I am a huge fan of Agyness Deyn as well. I am in love with her fashion sense. She actually is one of the trendiest models I know. Also, it surprises to know that the city miles on Agyness' face is nowhere to be found. She still looks like she is in her early twenties. Ash, also looks delish in these photos. I don't really have anything negative to say to the both of em. This is a really good Ad Campaign by Dr. Martens. Kudos!

Well? Don't you just love Ash and Aggy together? Don't they look good together? Noh? I thought so too.

...Sniff ...Sniff ...Sniff...

My heart is in absolute pain right now. Currently I cannot master and muster the guts to be up and running with something that is going to hurt my career as an aspiring fashion journalist/blogger. The news I received was too painful for me to accept and till now, I am still allowing myself to have all these information sink in. Ouch. I do not write like this, I do not normally write like this, but pass me the tissue box and allow me sob in this post and allow me the choice of words. 

I do not have anything smart or funny to say right now. All I know is that my heart is wounded and is in a far cry from healing. Why Ash? Why?

"Have fallen in love with you since 2008; back when you were still a rising model, back when your popularity was exclusive to the fashion world and the fashionable people only, up until you went mainstream my heart never left you. I just knew you had it in you. I knew you were going to make it big someday. Look at where you're standing right now? I was right was I?

I could not put my grief into words. I am so disheartened when I knew about this. When you decided to leave the fashion scene for a bit to focus on music, was something I was able to accept but now, when you are leaving our world for a better world, it's a different story. (Oh good lord, I'm having the gayest moment here, but whatevs, please allow me to sulk, I'm having a moment here AND after all, i fell in love. so waddup?) 

Still cannot believe it. But I am trying. Everyday. Was planning to meet you someday, someday when I become as famous as you, but I guess that will never ever happen. So I wish you well, may you live a good life, may you be happy now that your married. I promise to always think of  you and to blog about you whenever I can. I love you. Always have, always will. (Moment alert!)"

Ash Stymest and Maille Doyle got married last October 2011 under my nose. Are you an Ash Stymest fan? What do you have to say after having discovered him getting married? Do you approve of him getting married with Maille Doyle? Do you also wish him the same things? The love of my life is already married and I do not even stand a chance with how awesome his wife is. *sob

I swore to no pornography in my site unless it's someone really really hot like, I dunno, Colin Farrell or sumthin. Ha. That said but here's a little something for everybody. Brace your horses ladies cause you are in for a fabulous, fabulous treat. I have been searching for new updates about my ultimate crush, that is Ash Stymest of course, and look where it took me. Thank you Lord for the internet and thank you people for your rich curiosity. There is nothing more exciting to watch than a highly gossip-able and blog-able piece of controversial video. This sparks major major gossip points for Ash Stymest fans like me, and this also sparks major hotness points for Ash Stymest. This is NOT a hot mess everybody so relax.

Ash Stymest is so effin hot. I just love everything about him actually. I love men with tats, men with an attitude, skinny men, and Brits, you know, the whole nine yards. Here with him is Ashley Allen and it looks like they are having a really, and I mean a REALLY good time.

OMG! OMG! OMG! I cannot believe my eyes. For the first time, a collaboration of two of my favorite models of all time! You guys! feast your eyes the new Dr. Martens Fall/ Winter 2011 Ad Campaign featuring the faces of Agyness Deny and Ash Stymest. I am lost for words. They both are fabulous, absolutely fabulous!

It's been ages since I last seen Agyness Deyn gracing the covers of any ad campaign, It's a good thing she landed on Dr. Martens and with Ash Stymest. Together, they both look A-mazing it tell you! 

Words cannot describe how happy and thrilled I am to see both of them in an ad. I just love both of them. Watch out ladies and fembots. Agyness and Ash are back with a bang! Now tell me, who finds these photos amazing?

Ash Stymest for 5 CM Fall/Winter 2011 Ad Campaign

Hong Kong's popular street brand is knocking at your doorstep and presenting you a whole lot of new amazing clothes this season. Speaking of amazing, who else would they choose to sport their fabulous clothes but non other than my favorite male model of all time, Ash Stymest. It's really good to see him back in fashion.

I believe that he registers well with his photos. He has just so much heart and personality with what he does that his photographs really show the amount of dedication he puts in his work as a model. I think that this is something you would all agree to. Non?

5 CM's Fall/Winter collection for 2011 is just amazing! We see a lot of Rock N' Roll coming back to fashion as it currently is the trend inspiration of designers. The well tailored clothes of 5 CM and the styling of Way Perry is incredibly fashionable, and if you ask me, YES, it sparks major hotness points as well. Kudos to fashion photographer David Roemer for these fabulous, fabulous shots of Ash. Looking forward to more of his works in the future.

 As for Ash Stymest, I love you. Ha.
